    One-to-One Computing

    Overview

The Stephens Group has experiences in planning, implementing and evaluating one-to-one initiatives around the country.

    Strategic Planning

The Stephens Group can help you develop a strategic plan for one-to-one initiatives with a broad base of stakeholders. Planning includes infrastructure and hardware considerations, professional development, curriculum development, communication plans and creating measurable goals for your project.

    Integration Services

The Stephens Group can provide professional development in the area of one-to-one computing as well as job embedded professional development where our trainers can assist on-site through coaching, team teaching, lesson plan development and mentoring of staff.

    Evaluation Services

The Stephens Group also has experience in evaluating one-to-one programs. This is important because one-to-one programs are very expensive and stakeholders want information on their return on investment. The Stephens Group approach to evaluation is that we see ourselves as partners in the initiatives we evaluate. We provide ongoing formative and summative information throughout the process to help guide district leaders in their decision making process.
